I just tried this for 40 minutes and it works quit well for me. After a while i don't notice the noise anymore and other sounds that would distract me are only distinctly audible. | @Laila Samadi There are subtle differences to all of my white noise videos, and different people respond differently to each unique sound. It's really just a matter of personal choice, whether or not you prefer one sound over the other. And, if they both sound the same, choose the one with the picture you like better :) |

| Well, I don't know if this is a technical answer, but I have had good luck playing the sound through both speakers and headphones. The good bit with headphones is that I feel like I'm completely in my own separate world and better able to focus, while speakers will still allow some outside noise to leak in. But I also don't like wearing headphones for that long. So ultimately, it's just a matter of personal preference. I would be interested to hear what other people think :) |
